Humanism in the different cultures, attitudes and humanist moments
Thematic table of the World Humanist Forum

This study group was created as part of the research carried out by the Center of Humanist Studies of the Americas (CEHA) in the field of spirituality of the ancestral cultures of America, Africa and Asia.
Our objective is to investigate and delve into the humanist roots that underlie all human cultures. Our focus is on Silo’s universalist humanism, which is characterized by highlighting the humanist attitude. This attitude is not a philosophy but a perspective, a sensitivity and a way of living the relationship with other human beings.
Research method
We use the dynamic structural method, which allows us to approach a culture from three perspectives: compositional, relational and procedural.
Presentation of works (CEHA)
All our works are presented at the end of each month in the CEHA, where we invite the members of the panel to participate.
Qualification
We invite new participants to begin a qualification process, in which they will learn how to use the method, learn about universalist humanism, explore the roots of humanism in various cultures and delve into the sacredness of each of them. This process leads us to experience what cultures experienced at their best.
