The World Humanist Forum launches an audiovisual newsletter

The World Humanist Forum has launched an audiovisual newsletter to share the activities and productions of its Thematic Committees, the working groups that bring together organisations and individuals from different countries around common causes.

The first edition, covering July and August 2026, is made up of three video segments presenting initiatives on human rights, climate change, education, music and culture, gender-based violence and other global issues. The narration is in Spanish, with subtitles in English and French, also ensuring accessibility for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The Forum traces its origins to the humanist forum held in Moscow in 1993, inspired by the thinker Silo, and defines itself as a space for dialogue and collaborative action for peace, nonviolence and humanist values.

The newsletter is a new step in the construction of a network that, from the grassroots up and across borders, works toward what humanism calls the Universal Human Nation: a world in which diversity is a source of richness and not of conflict.
